TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 1. Chauffeur-Driven Only

All rentals are strictly chauffeur-driven. Customers are not permitted to drive the vehicle under any circumstance.

2. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank will attract a refueling charge based on current fuel prices plus a service fee.

3. Rental Duration

A rental day is defined as 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Use of the vehicle beyond 11:00 PM may attract additional charges or be considered a new rental day.

4. Overnight Travel & Chauffeur Stay

If the rental requires the chauffeur to stay overnight due to travel, the customer is responsible for paying a daily overnight allowance of GHS 300 directly to the chauffeur for each night stayed.

5. Payment & Reservation Policy

Partial or full payment must be made before reservations for future dates can be confirmed. No vehicle will be reserved without advance payment. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

6. General Conduct

Customers are expected to treat the chauffeur and vehicle respectfully. Any misconduct or damage may result in termination of service and applicable penalties.
